Wayside Pizzas are approximately 12”, and are made with fresh, home-style dough. Each pizza is made to order and hand tossed. All toppings are the freshest available and the garden-fresh herbs and unique mixtures of specialty spices create succulent and original flavors. Cheeses include fresh mozzarella, shredded and rounds, shredded & grated parmesan, feta and blue cheese.
Please Note: Pizzas are prepared individually in the wood fired oven. To insure quality and temperature, it is sometimes necessary to serve a pizza a little before or after other menu items ordered at the same table.
